Where our Jolibump collection is produced?

All our fabrics and items are produced in Europe, in Portugal, in family workshops that we carefully choose and which we directly work with.


What materials do we use?

Our commitment since day one : high end fabrics in natural (cotton, linen) or eco-responsible fibers (Tencel, modal) that are Oeko-Tex certified or organic. You can learn more about our ethical and eco-responsible commitments here.  


What to do if an item is no longer available?

If an item is out of stock, pick your size even if it is no longer available. If the item is being restocked, you will have the possibility to leave your email address to be informed of restocking or you will be able to preorder and to be informed of the delivery date.

How to find out the status of my order?

You can find out the status of your order from your Jolibump account with the Colissimo link or directly on Colissimo with your tracking number that you will receive by email once your order is confirmed and prepared by our team.


How to offer a gift card?

Go to the Gift Card section of our e-shop! Choose the amount of the gift card and the message you want to write. Then you can choose to send the gift card to the recipient by email or to print it to hand deliver it. The gift card is valid 1 year since the date of dispatch to the recipient.


What payments methods do I have?

Our website accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and CB) and Paypal. All the payments carried out on our website are secured thanks to 3-D Secure system (Sogenactif).

DELIVERY
How to track my delivery?

You can track your delivery from your Jolibump account with the Colissimo link or directly on Colissimo with your tracking number that you will receive by email once your order is confirmed and prepared by our team.


What are the delivery charges and times?

In France, shipping is offered for orders above 150€. For orders below 150€, delivery charges come to 6.90€ for Colissimo home delivery and 5.90€ for Colissimo pick-up delivery. Once the carrier takes charge of your package, delivery will be performed within 2 to 5 work days (except weekends, public holidays and current health context).

Returns are offered in France. For other countries, the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer and we will make the refund once we receive the item back. The customer can send its package back at the following address : 24 rue Jules Moulet, 13006 Marseille (FRANCE). 


What about the packaging of my Jolibump items?

In accordance with our ethical and eco-responsible commitments, all our items are sent with recycled and/or recyclable packagings. You can recycle these packagings in the adapted recycling bin.

As part of our transparent process, we hereby inform you that, as all the other brands, we receive our items packed into transparent plastic, recycled and/or recyclable packagings from our Portuguese workshops in order to protect them. We have made the decision to not remove this packaging to best protect your clothes during transport. Do not hesitate to recycle also the plastic protection packaging for the wellbeing of our planet.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange a Jolibump item?

If an item does not fit, you can return it in its original condition (with the labels, not worn, not washed or damaged) so we can make a refund. If you have trouble with the item size, you can also return it and specify which size you want in exchange. You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to return it.


How can I make a return?

If you are in France and you wish to return an item, you can make a request directly from your Jolibump account.

Our team will confirm your request and will send you a Colissimo prepaid label by email. You can print and stick it on your package before sending it from a post office. We will make a refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.

If you are in any other country, the return fees stay at your expense and you can send your package back directly to our address : Jolibump, 24 rue Jules Moulet 13006 Marseille (France). 


How much are the delivery charges?

At Jolibump, returns are offered if you are in France. If you are in any other country, returns stay at your expense and you have to return your parcel at the following address : JOLIBUMP, 24 rue Jules Moulet 13006 Marseille, FRANCE.

CLOTHING CARE
How to take care of my Jolibump clothes?

All our clothes are made with high end fabrics in natural or eco-responsible fibers. To make your clothes last as long as possible, it is necessary to take care of them. We recommend to wash your Jolibump clothes to a maximum of 30°, using a delicate cycle, with a gentle spin and not to dry them in a dryer.

Concerning the most delicate items such as organic gauze items and underwear, we recommend to wash them in a washing net. If you wish to iron your clothes, prefer a medium hot iron or a press cloth.
