How to find out the status of my order?

You can find out the status of your order from your Jolibump account with the Colissimo link or directly on Colissimo with your tracking number that you will receive by email once your order is confirmed and prepared by our team.


How to offer a gift card?

Go to the Gift Card section of our e-shop! Choose the amount of the gift card and the message you want to write. Then you can choose to send the gift card to the recipient by email or to print it to hand deliver it. The gift card is valid 1 year since the date of dispatch to the recipient.


What payments methods do I have?

Our website accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and CB) and Paypal. All the payments carried out on our website are secured thanks to 3-D Secure system (Sogenactif).


When the amount of my order will be debited?

The amount of your order will be debited once your order is confirmed.


How do pre-orders work?

When an item is on pre-order, the delivery date is indicated on the product page. 

We make only one shipment per order, if you have another garment that is not pre-order in your cart and you are in a hurry (e) do not hesitate to order in several times!
